"A good, modern, comfortable hotel, situated reasonably close to the city centre." (99513789)

For rail travellers the hotel is ideal-next to Valencia Nord station.Recently re-furbished the hotel interior is also very comfortable.

Other hotels are more convenient for the city old town , if visitors want to spend time there at night.

"This was a 1 night stay on half board basis. The 3 course meal was fabulous and we had our bottle of complimentary cava with the meal. There was a good choice of food for both dinner & breakfast. Maria (the Portugese Maitre'd) was very professional. The reception staff helpful. On the negative side: the size of the room, no tea & coffee making facilites and being a double room there was only 1 spare pillow. We could have got another but we were too tired to be bothered. Also, there was a table and 1 chair in the room, should have been 2 as it was a double room. However, the room was exceptionally quiet due to good double glazing and there was a very nice complimentary toiletry pack in the bathroom." (97753365)

Very modern, clean & stylish hotel. Excellent location, right next to the train station. Good food and very helpful staff on reception and in the restaurant.

The room was on the small side, no tea & coffee making facilites in the room which I would have expected in a 4* hotel. TV/Sat not brilliant.

"Nice small design hotel with good, quiet atmosphere: I hope the rooms will stay in that good shape for some time. WIFI access should be fixed, as the welcome screen does not appear (Yes, my notebook has the right settings..)." (99717094)

modern design, good housekeeping, good location in the city center, friendly staff, quiet when closing windows,, good beds (not too soft)

rooms are 1m too small, no German TV programs, just marginal points... WIFI does not work properly, makes business stay a challenge.

"Overall the hotel was excellent value and I would stay their again but at the special rate we paid. Breakfast was a dissapointment compared to other hotels we have stayed. Very little out on the buffet and was described as a 'luxury breakfast included' The hotel was very central and walking around made easy." (99998917)

Modern, good sized rooms with excellent sound proof windows. Bathrooms excellent and immaculate throughout.

Wooden floors created noise from other rooms from shoe heels walking up and down. We were woken on a couple of occassions.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very modern, possibly too modern for some tastes, and lacks the character that an older building has.

    Really Clean

Room was a bit on the small size, but more than adequate for a weekend break. Hotel is in a great location.

"Excellent position for central shopping and business areas. Despite overlooking the railway station, there was very little noise at night, even with a window open. Comfortable modern rooms. Set price dinner menu very good quality and value. Hotel car park not yet available: we were informed at check in that the hotel had an arrangement with a nearby underground park, but had to pay the full overnight charge of 20euro in the end. A bottle of cava was included in the room deal: we had to ask for this, it was not offered. Relatively small hitches during a very enjoyable stay." (99631321)

Comfortable bed and room: spacious bathroom

Heating/AC controls did not work in the room. Reception turned the heating down remotely when asked.

"Good location for those that like to explore the city and want to go further afield as well. Don't expect a special view from the front of hotel though as it sits directly on the narrow and busy pavement overlooking the equally busy railway station forecourt. You'll appreciate it more after looking at the view of the back, which is really hideous! Ugly, old run-down buildings, washing lines and feral cats reminiscent of opening pictures to ITV's 'Coronation Street' television series! Back inside, the hotel has been totally refurbished. Very quiet and calm and two efficient lifts swiftly take you to the floors above. There is a sauna and gym downstairs but when I went to use it they had just taken delivery of some more self-punishment equipment, so was disappointed to find it out of use. The tranquil restaurant provides a good breakfast buffet for €11, presided over by a well-organised Maria and her staff. Hot sausages, eggs and bacon are available, as well as cold meats, cheeses, cereals and a good choice of fresh fruit. Other meals are available later in the day. Reception staff were not the most gregarious, but always available to speak too. No tourist literature is readily available either. I think it's there on request in the cupboards behind their desk. Valencia makes an excellent weekend destination with wonderful buildings both old and new. You'll want to go back again as there is plenty to see and do." (99533411)

Excellent location on Calle Bailen, a side street to the main railway terminus and Xativa metro stop. Aerobus from airport (€2.50) stops on this street). Very recently renovated to a high standard, and smartly decorated throughout. Quiet, comfortable room with top-notch combined bath and shower facilities. Impressive one-piece glass wash-basin & worktop with choices of lighting. Easily self-set combination safe available in room.

Quite a firm mattress & bolster pillow. My room (310)had a grim outlook to the rear of building. The in-room info was minimal with no advice as to what times breakfast was available or at what cost. Nor was their any info regarding the gym. You have to find out for yourselves. Beautiful though the bathroom was, you'd expect to be able to plug the hand-basin. Valencia has suffered from a lack of water in the past so it seems wasteful to see it run away.
