"the stay in the hotel was ok,but was ruined as i left my mobile phone on the bed when we left to go home.when i rang for them to send it to me and i would pay any postage that may be incured the girl who answered said that it was not there.i feel very angry as i know exactly whare i put it and anyone going in the room after we left would need a key to get in as i locked the door behind me.so a member i staff must have taken it.it had personal memories and numbers which i now have no record of .i feel very angry and upset over this." it was fair sized room
not enough electrical sockets.a kettle would have been useful.it also stated there was a bar,but there was not one.
